HOTEL RATES  2012 :

- single room : 46 €  to 51 € /per day

- double bed : 63 €  to 68 € /per day

- twin room : 68 €  to 73 € /per day

- triple room : 75 €  to 80 €

LOCAL TOURISM TAX NON INCLUDED :  0.50 € per person/per day

 Buffet Breakfast is proposed into the restaurant

  6h 30 to 9 h30 during the week, - saturday & sunday :7 h to 10 h  30

 rate : 7.00 € per pers.

 pets are allowed in our hotel : 6 € /perday extra charge will be asked

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE: the general conditions of sale are considered accepted by the customer during the confirmation of the reservation, in particular the points concerning the payment of the deposit and the time slot of use of rooms.
Rooms are available from 1.00 Pm and must be necessarily released   for 11 .00 Am in the morning from the departure. The management of the establishment reserving the right to charge an additional night if room came to be released beyond 11 hours.
Rooms are considered reserved and confirmed at the time of the reception of the deposit. CAREFULL: this deposit will be considered as acquired and not refundable in case of late cancellation or no show (maximum 72 hours before the term).
The payment of the various services can be made in cash (in Euro), by check, holiday voucher either by bank card or by postal money transfer or banking.

Hotel reception is opened from 11.00 am till 3.00 pm and of 6.00 pm as
9.00 pm

In case of dispute, only  Dunkerque courts will be considered competent to treat  the complaints possible.
